Bounded implementation

Corporate Intelligence — 14-Day Pilot

A controlled pilot that connects a high-value decision or workflow to the minimum useful data, AI, and human-review layer needed to test it safely.

Designed for a decision, not an open-ended commitment.

Best fit: Teams with a selected workflow, a responsible owner, and enough representative data to test value and operational fit in a bounded environment. Cadence: 14-day delivery window beginning after scope approval, authorized data access and the named reviewers are ready. Commercial terms: A fixed scope and project quote follow the fit review. The delivery window starts when prerequisites are verified; it is not a production rollout or a result guarantee.

Expected working outputs

  • A working, reviewable pilot around one approved workflow or decision
  • An evidence pack covering quality, failure modes, human review, and operating constraints
  • A measured comparison against an agreed baseline where valid data exists
  • A scale, revise, or stop recommendation with architecture and operating implications

Prerequisites

  • A named workflow owner and a bounded problem statement
  • Representative, authorized data that can be used in the pilot environment
  • Agreed evaluation criteria and human reviewers for consequential outputs

Not included by default

  • A pilot is not represented as a production system or organization-wide rollout
  • No production deployment, system access, or automated action without an approved scope and named owner
  • No guaranteed financial result, delivery date, or compliance outcome before discovery

Pilot delivery plan

  • Days 1–3 · Define the decision: Confirm one workflow, its owner, representative inputs, baseline and acceptance criteria.
  • Days 4–10 · Build and evaluate: Connect the agreed data in a bounded pilot, test retrieval and outputs, and record exceptions for human review.
  • Days 11–14 · Review and decide: Deliver the working demonstration, evaluation evidence and a scale, revise or stop recommendation.
